Presented exhibit does not resemble winter boots. It was weaved from straw and intricately bound with string. Shape presented berlocy associated rather with straw baskets that can be purchased at the folk fairs. How could they go? They do not fall down? Well berloce not serve for walking. The peasants of the Dąbrowski county warmed in their legs during the cold days, but rather at home, while various works, or in the long winter evenings when the heat from the furnace was not enough or when you just spared in this heat. They do not walk in them, because by far in these shoes they did not go. The berlocy were used optionally by the driver assuming them to ordinary shoes.
