Kraków costume women's shirt made from white fabric, decorated with white embroidery.more
A woman's blouse for the Kraków costume sewn by hand and made of white factory cotton fabric, decorated with white punch embroidery and a satin stitch. Cut with a yoke, without a collar. Long sleeves, gathered at the top, at the bottom finished with embroidered cuffs. Square underarm canvas insertions, the so-called ćwikle. The front and back of the shirt is wrinkled below the yoke. In the middle on the front it has a slit with a length of about 24 centimetres. At the bottom of the yoke is a hole for a collar stud or a ribbon. It has embroidery with geometric and plant motifs on the yoke, around the neckline, with a slit in front and on the cuffs. The embroidery consists of borders of oval motifs with two lines of linked holes and of the motif of small flowers made of holes and leaves made with a satin stitch.
